Delete your Pathways Home account
You can ask us to delete your Pathways Home account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here's how.

Request deletion
Email us from any address, with the phone number you use to sign in:
- Subject line: Delete my Pathways Home account.
- Include the mobile number you sign in with, so we can find your account.
- We'll text that number a confirmation code to verify the request came from you.
- Once you confirm, we delete your account and email you when it's done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.
We verify by text because your phone number is the only credential the app uses. Without that step, anyone who knew your number could close your account.
What gets deleted
- Your phone number and the sign-in records tied to it
- Your name, as shown in the app
- Your sign-in sessions on every device, and any active links to your personalized pages
- Your connection to your loan officer inside the app
- Your saved homes and saved searches in the property search feature
What may be kept, and why
Two things are worth being straightforward about.
- Your loan officer's own contact record for you. If a loan officer added you to their contacts, that record belongs to them and their company, not to the Pathways Home app — the same way deleting a messaging app doesn't remove your number from a friend's phone. Deleting your account removes you from the app and severs the app's link to them, but it does not delete their copy. To have that removed, contact your loan officer or their company directly. Ask us and we'll tell you who to reach and how.
- Records we're required to retain. Where mortgage, lending, or communications law requires us to keep a record of a transaction or a message we sent you, we keep the minimum required for the required period, and use it for nothing else.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can't be traced back to you may also be kept.
Deleting only some of your data
If you'd rather keep your account and remove specific information, email info@pathwayhome.io and tell us what you'd like removed. We'll tell you what's possible before changing anything.
