What Pathways Home collects, who sees it, and what you can do about it — in plain language.

The short version
- You sign in with your mobile number. There's no password.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads. Your details are never sold to agents, lead buyers, or advertisers.
- Your loan officer can see how you use the app — including which nearby homes you tap. That's the point of the product, and it's described in full below.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Who we are
Pathways Home is a homeownership app offered to you by the mortgage loan officer or lender you already work with. This policy covers the Pathways Home mobile app and the pages on this website. If you have a question about any of it, email info@pathwayhome.io.
What we collect

We don't collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or your microphone. The app doesn't contain advertising or analytics trackers.
Who sees your information
Your loan officer and their company
This is the one to read carefully. Your loan officer sees an activity feed showing how you use the app: when you sign in, which screens you open, when you open your equity or savings tools, and the address of any nearby home you tap. They see it because the app exists to keep them useful to you — but it means your browsing inside the app is visible to them, not private from them.
What they don't get is the ability to interrupt you. Nothing you look at triggers an automatic call, text, or email. You start every conversation.
Companies that run parts of the service
- Twilio — sends your sign-in code. Receives your mobile number for that purpose only.
- ComeHome (HouseCanary) — powers the home search. When you open search, we pass your mobile number and name (and your email, if we have one) so it can create your account there and keep your saved homes and searches. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it.
- MMI — operates the platform your loan officer uses, and hosts the database behind the app.
- Property data providers — supply home value and listing information.
Nobody else
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, lead buyers, real-estate agents, or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of people using the service.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure
- To show you your home's value, equity, and the tools in the app
- To let your loan officer stay informed and available to you
- To fix problems and keep the service running
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't feed it to advertising networks.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Sign-in sessions expire on their own. Activity records are kept as part of your loan officer's business records. Where mortgage, lending, or communications law requires us to retain something, we keep the minimum required for the required period.
Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Your session is held in your phone's secure keychain. Sign-in tokens and shareable links are stored only as one-way hashes, so a copy of our database yields no working credentials. There's no password on your account to be stolen or reused.
Your choices
- Delete your account — see how to delete your account. This is open to everyone, wherever you live.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we'll tell you.
- Correct something — details about your home come from your loan officer's records, so ask them, or ask us and we'll point you to the right person.
- Stop the texts — reply STOP to any message from us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Children
Pathways Home is for adults involved in a mortgage or homeownership relationship with a lender. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app.
